Health Committee

The Health Committee led by Chair Tyronne Johnson, is committed to promoting health equity, wellness, and access to quality healthcare for individuals and families throughout DuPage County. The committee works to connect residents with health education, preventive care resources, mental health and wellness programs, screenings, healthcare providers, and community-based services while raising awareness of health disparities that disproportionately affect underserved communities.

 

Through partnerships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, public health agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders, the committee advocates for policies and initiatives that improve access to care, encourage healthier lifestyles, and empower residents to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
